Lakeside Bistro is the ideal spot to take in the mountains any time of day. Enjoy the remodeled interior or dine poolside for lunch or dinner. During Summer months, you'll find pastries and coffee for breakfast plus pub/bistro menu served all day. Pack a basket full of smore's goodies and sit lakeside at the fire pit to roast smores.

Lodge Restaurant & Aspen Lounge
The Lodge is iconic to the Ranch, providing a relaxed, upscale dining experience with spectacular views of the Cascade Mountains. During Summer months, the Lodge is open for brunch and dinner only. The Aspen Lounge, perched atop the third floor of the Lodge, features a full bar and fabulous small plates menu and daily specials.

Robert's Pub
The casual, family-friendly Robert’s Pub, located inside Big Meadow Clubhouse, is an excellent gathering place for families and golfers. Named after Big Meadow Golf Course designer Robert Muir Graves, Robert’s Pub is an excellent summer choice for a casual appetite. The Northwest-style pub menu includes burgers, fresh salads, fish ‘n’ chips and classic sandwiches.
